1. General Policy
vsit.me is a digital SaaS platform providing immediate access to software services upon subscription. Due to the intangible, instantly-delivered nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly required by applicable law or as outlined below.
2. Free Trial Cancellation
- If you sign up for a free trial, you may cancel anytime before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
- Cancellation instructions are available in your account dashboard under "Billing" or "Subscription."
- No charges will be applied if cancelled before trial expiration.
3. Paid Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused subscription time, except where mandated by local consumer law (e.g., EU consumer rights for digital services).
4. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)
Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a verified Platform outage or bug prevents core functionality for >48 hours and we cannot resolve it promptly.
- Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly due to our error (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong plan).
- Legal Requirement: Where local law mandates a cooling-off period or refund right for digital services (e.g., 14-day withdrawal right for EU consumers who have not consented to early performance).
To qualify, you must:
- Submit a request within 7 days of the charge or issue;
- Provide detailed explanation and evidence;
- Not have extensively used premium features during the period in question.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email and subscription ID;
- Date and amount of charge;
- Reason for request and supporting details.
We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days. Approval is at our sole discretion unless required by law.
6. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
- If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
- Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.
- We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks and recover associated fees.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notice.
